Work on the Black Hills Simple Cycle and Combined Cycle Power Plants in Pueblo Colorado have been completed! 25 Pipefitters from Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 58 installed over Four Thousand Feet of Instrument tubing and over One thousand Instruments. I & C Technicians, from various UA and IBEW locals, calibrated and tested these instruments. Larkin worked jointly with FPD Power Development and their Electricians from Local 12 to ensure a complete and quality installation.
