Since the beginning of his career, Richard has been involved in the energy industry at all levels. In 1994 Richard created LEI from a desire to put quality talent to work, while providing personnel and resources clients could count on. Having worked in nuclear, coal, natural gas, and wind plants from Texas to Taiwan, Richard brings to bear a wealth of experience and professional relationships that give LEI an edge in the staffing and support industry.

Wade is an industry professional with over 30 years of experience in the power industry, with focus in transmission, distribution and substation upgrade projects overseeing estimating, proposals, contracts, procurement, equipment, and labor resource management. He also has the proven ability to grow sectors, opening new markets, and acquiring new customers. Wade has been a friend to the company for over 20 years, providing estimating support, advice and training.
